STEP 1 — CREATE INTEGRATION

Go to notion.so/my-integrations
Click + New integration
Name it: Zero HQ
Copy the Internal Integration Token (starts with secret_)

STEP 2 — CONNECT TO YOUR DATABASE

Open your SoulHustleAI Command Center in Notion
Click the ••• menu (top right)
Click Connections → Add connection
Select Zero HQ

STEP 3 — ADD KEYS TO ZERO HQ

Settings → paste your Notion API Key (secret_...)
For the DB ID: open your database in Notion
Copy from URL: notion.so/workspace/[THIS-PART]?v=...

THE ARCHITECTURE

Make.com Scenario runs on schedule (every 30m/1h/6h)
→ Reads client/task data from Notion
→ Calls Claude API via HTTP module
→ Gets Zero's analysis + decisions
→ Writes patrol report back to Notion
→ Sends SMS alert via Twilio if URGENT
Result: Zero is truly always ON

STEP 1 — CREATE SCENARIO IN MAKE.COM

1. New scenario → Schedule trigger (every 1 hour)
2. HTTP module → GET your Notion client DB (get all clients)
3. HTTP module → POST to Claude API
Body: Full business state + Zero's system prompt
4. Parse Claude response (JSON)
5. HTTP → POST to Notion (patrol report page)
6. IF urgent = true → Twilio SMS to Edwin

STEP 2 — CLAUDE API CALL IN MAKE

Body: {model, max_tokens, system, messages}
System = ZERO_SYS prompt (copy from HQ)
